Made of plastic instead of the more commonly used silicone, the gadget came into being under the wings of The Smart Power Incorporated, distributor of alternative powerdevices. Simon Wilby, who has been to the country many times, describes its people as friendly and the country, beautiful. “What better to open up and start the company because the sun is always shining,” he added.
The Canadian inventor and investor said The Smart One works with any cellphone battery. It could also last for up to 14 hours and more in standby. Simon Wilby plans to make The Smart Power Inc public with the NASDAQ this year.
