Being a leader today mean to be successful and confident person with the clear vies and the fate in the better future. And no one will deny that one of brilliant examples of leadership is Stacy McNeiland. Working as the Executive Director at Community Outreach & Special Projects Stacy McNeiland dedicates a lot of time to Social Community activities in Oklahoma. Stacy McNeiland was taking part in development of the directed student leadership organization being the President’s Leadership Council for 100+ undergraduates. At the same time Stacy McNeiland served as lead spokesperson and ambassador for UCO and various non-profit organizations.
Stacy McNeiland is an inventor of the university orientation program, Traditions 101, and led the university leadership program for 1000+ students. She was also counseled scholarship-based students at UCO regarding leadership principles and career planning.
No wonder hat for all of these achievements and contributions Stacy McNeiland was named “UCO Administrative Leader of the Year,” by student body in 2006.
